Personal Articles

You may have more valuable possessions than you realize. Your Homeowners Policy can provide some coverage, but with deductibles and limitations. A Personal Articles Policy can provide the additional coverage that you may need.

Some items the Personal Articles Policy may cover are:

  • Jewelry
  • Furs
  • Cameras
  • Musical Instruments
  • Silverware/Goldware
  • Golf Equipment
  • Fine Art (such as paintings, vases, antique furniture, oriental rugs, rare glass, and china)
  • Collectibles
  • Sports Equipment
  • Computer Equipment

Heyo -

Please excuse the lame quote above (State Farm! Get some new copywriters!!) - I wanted to remind all of you of a wonderful thing called "Personal Articles Insurance" - Think of it like a traveling insurance bubble - It protects all the valuables you carry with you daily, or regularly enough that you want it on the policy. My bf has had it for years, and it has bought him a new computer when he accidentally checked it on a plane, and a friend recently had one stolen and replaced with insurance. My friend just dropped his iPhone in a river. Imagine if he had PAI!!

Later skaters!!

Get with the FLOW

Prosthetic_kitchen500x348

If this isn't a kick-ass example of cradle to cradle design I don't know what is! This simple kitchen structure, fabricated by Dutch designer John Arndt, uses the systems in nature as an example of perfect sustainable design. Here he uses the waste from one daily process as fuel for another. The dishes get washed in place, in return watering the edible herbs who prosper, providing a dust free environment for the dishes. Check out his website for more info on this Design^Sprout hero.
